Registration:
Payment of the registration to the conference includes VAT and:
- Welcome reception (Monday, March 19th from 6PM to 8PM)
- Access to conference sessions and poster sessions
- Digital book of abstracts
- Coffee breaks and lunches for three days (March 20-22)
- Downtown visit (Tuesday, March 20th afternoon)
- Conference banquet (Wednesday, March 21st evening)
Optional:
- Pre-conference courses including: courses, coffee breaks and lunch (Monday, March 19th)
- Reservation of an exhibition booth
- Visits (ICA or Airbus) for participants and accompanying persons (Friday, March 23rd morning)

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations and no refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after March 10th, 2018.
